Job summary

Octave is seeking an Azure Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, automate, and support Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code. The role emphasizes scalable cloud solutions, improved operational efficiency, and Azure best practices.

You will build and support IaC with Bicep, manage governance, networking, and automation, and collaborate with security, networking, and app teams to implement standards and repeatable deployments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Azure engineering experience.
• Experience with IaC using Bicep, ARM, or Terraform.
• Automation of Azure resources via scripts and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure solutions.
• Author and maintain reusable Bicep modules and templates.
• Implement networking and connectivity solutions across Azure environments.
• Support cloud governance initiatives through policy and RBAC configuration.
• Automate infrastructure deployment and operational tasks.
• Troubleshoot platform and infrastructure issues.
• Partner with security, networking, and application teams to implement cloud solutions.
• Contribute to cloud platform standards and engineering best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
