Job summary

Centre Technologies seeks a Senior Technical Consultant on the SME team to architect and implement Azure infrastructure solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Azure and related services. You will drive standards, onboarding/offboarding, and proactive improvements, while providing high‑level escalation support and clear communication to stakeholders.

The role emphasizes ownership, adherence to Centre standards, and proven experience in enterprise cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Azure certifications listed under Education as required/preferred credentials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure to meet availability, performance, and uptime SLAs.
• Provide proactive recommendations and continuous improvement for customer Azure environments.
• Own monitoring, alerting, reporting, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for Azure.
• Lead high-severity incident response and serve as an escalation point.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable Azure technical solutions.
