Qualifications

• 5+ years deploying and maintaining AWS cloud environments and resources.
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining software applications in AWS.
• Proficient with Linux operating systems and Bash scripting.
• Knowledge of AWS core services such as EC2, S3, and Lambda.
• Knowledge of AWS networking concepts such as VPCs, subnets, and security groups.
• Agile, team-based collaboration using Jira and Confluence.
• DoD IAT Level II/Level III certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance AWS cloud environments for reliability, scalability, and security.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK; maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot complex cloud issues and optimize performance across environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote automation, monitoring, and cloud security best practices.
