Job summary

LucyRx Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to design, implement, and enforce Azure-native security controls with a focus on identity-first security, workload protection, and secure cloud architectures.

You will partner with Cloud Engineers and Operations to ensure Azure environments are secure by default, compliant by design, and resilient under real-world conditions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cloud/security engineering or infrastructure security roles.
• Strong hands-on experience securing Azure environments (identity, networking, workloads).
• Deep understanding of Azure security architecture and shared responsibility.
• Proven experience implementing identity-centric security models (MFA, CA, least-privilege).
• Translate security requirements into enforceable technical controls, not just policy statements.
• Strong documentation and change-management practices.
• AZ-500 is required; SC-300 strongly recommended.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent hands-on experience/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Azure security controls across identity, networking, and workloads.
• Operate Defender for Cloud and Microsoft Sentinel for security posture and monitoring.
• Implement and refine Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust patterns.
• Embed security controls into IaC pipelines and cloud platform standards.
• Collaborate with Cloud and Infrastructure Security teams to ensure secure architectures.
• Monitor posture, review alerts, and participate in incident response.
• Produce security documentation and evidence for leadership and compliance.
