Job summary

State Street seeks a senior product leader for the Azure Cloud Platform Engineering within its Cloud Platforms organization. The role reports to the Head of Azure Cloud Platform and guides strategic planning and roadmaps in support of the firm’s hybrid multi-cloud strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/IS/MIS or related field.
15+ years IT experience with 5+ years in a product management role with a cloud platform in a regulated financial services institution.
Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP and foundational compute, networking, security, and storage concepts.
Knowledge of NIST 800-53, CSA CCM 4.0, GDPR/DORA frameworks and cloud controls.
Experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Define long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Azure cloud platform.
Lead the evolution toward a product-centric operating model with incremental changes.
Build partnerships with platform engineering teams to co-create the product operating model.
Balance transformation goals with current organizational maturity using pragmatic approaches.
Establish structured engagement mechanisms for developer feedback and priorities.
