Job summary

Communitycare seeks a Delphi Software Engineer to maintain and modernize a portfolio of Delphi applications while migrating to Azure cloud-native solutions built on C# (Function Apps, App Services, Storage Accounts, Managed Identity, Key Vault).

You will ensure system reliability, assess legacy logic, and design migration plans that balance business risk with modernization goals, collaborating with Architecture, Data Engineering, and Security teams.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and developing Delphi desktop and/or web apps.
• Strong C# development with Azure-native services (Function Apps, App Services).
• Experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Ability to reverse-engineer legacy logic and document data flows.
• Healthcare sector experience or HIPAA/HITRUST awareness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and modernize Delphi applications and migrate to Azure.
• Design cloud-native architecture and plan migration sequencing.
• Develop and test C# services with Azure security in mind.
• Validate data parity between legacy and modernized systems.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Data Engineering, and Security teams.
