S:US in New York is seeking a tech-savvy professional for a hybrid position focused on overseeing IT Infrastructure. This role requires expertise in Azure cloud services and a minimum of 4 years of experience in cloud development.

• This is a hybrid position based in Manhattan. At this time, we are only considering candidates from the tri‑state (NY, NJ, or CT) due to business and operational requirements.
The Support Services functions at S:US are carried out by a team of professionals with diverse backgrounds who share deeply in the S:US mission. We provide support to the individual program departments to assist in the pursuit of our mission. Support Services is a collegial, supportive group with a dynamic culture that continuously seeks to collaborate and improve the lives of our clients.
This position’s objective is to provide a supportive technical role in overseeing the smooth operation of technology managed by the Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure Department.

Knowledge of the principles, methods, or tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, and managing projects and resources, including monitoring and inspecting costs, work, and contractor performance. Knowledge of the strategies, techniques, and processes used to plan, develop, and control project schedule and track project milestones, activities, and deliverables, including timeframes and assigned resources.
Documentation refers to documents that describe the system or function itself and its parts. It includes requirements documents, design decisions, architecture descriptions, program source code, and FAQs. User or administration documentation covers manuals that are mainly prepared for end‑users of the product and system administrators who support the product.
Listen to customers (internal and external) and address needs and concerns. Keep clients informed by providing status reports and progress updates. Deliver on service commitments. Meet established or agreed upon deadlines. Maintain supportive relationships with clients and their families. Use initiative to improve outcomes, processes, or measurements.
Display decision making and reasoning by considering multiple sides of an issue. Weigh consequences before making a final decision. Make informed decisions based on available information. Recognize issues and determine actions needed to advance the decision‑making process. Follow up as necessary. Be open to new ideas and processes. Adjust approach to achieve results.
