Job summary

SOLID is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure & Security Engineer to design, implement, secure, and optimize Microsoft Azure environments. You will manage Azure resources, identity, and security controls while supporting RMF/ATO projects.

The role emphasizes automation, IaC (Terraform, Bicep/ARM), and scripting (PowerShell/Python) to build resilient cloud solutions for federal programs. Fully remote in the United States with DoD-aligned security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity engineering.
• Hands-on experience deploying and administering Microsoft Azure environments.
• Experience with RMF/ATO processes and security documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and secure Azure infrastructure across environments.
• Develop IaC and automation scripts (PowerShell, Python).
• Manage RMF/ATO activities and security artifacts (SSPs, POA&Ms).
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and secure connectivity.
• Configure identity, RBAC, and Entra ID integrations; ensure disaster recovery.
