Job summary

Courser seeks an Infrastructure & Cloud Systems Engineer to own day-to-day management of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure environments for a multi-tenant IT service provider. You will bridge front-line helpdesk with architecture, serving as Tier 3/4 escalation for identity, messaging, and cloud infrastructure issues.

You will automate tasks via PowerShell and Graph API, collaborate with Security & Compliance, and help optimize cost and performance across our cloud ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enterprise systems engineering or cloud delivery.
• Proficient with Microsoft Entra ID, M365, Exchange Online.
• Experience with Azure networking, AVirtual Desktop, and virtualization.
• Strong scripting and automation using PowerShell & Graph API.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Azure infrastructure and M365 services.
• Manage Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM, and security policies.
• Serve as Tier 3/4 escalation for identity, messaging, and virtualization issues.
• Develop SOPs with helpdesk to improve first-time resolution and SLA performance.
• Collaborate on security/compliance controls and automated evidence gathering.
