Job summary

EverTrust Bank is seeking a Cloud Engineer and Systems Administrator to optimize cloud, server, and network infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. The role ensures system security, performance, disaster recovery, AI platform management, and enterprise IT best practices.

The candidate will support end users, manage Azure migrations, safeguard Windows Server environments, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3+ years in network and systems administration, with Azure and Microsoft 365.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365 network infra, firewalls, VPNs, and Windows Server.
Azure certification preferred; cybersecurity certifications and AI-related experience are a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build and support server and network operations, including migrations and ongoing management within Microsoft Azure.
Build, maintain, and optimize Windows Server environments for stability and performance.
Improve server performance through patching, monitoring, tuning, and proactive enhancements.
Strengthen disaster recovery redundancy through backup/cloud strategies, failover planning, and resilience improvements.
Manage AI environment (build, maintain, secured and optimized Microsoft CO-PILOT).
Apply networking, cloud concepts, cybersecurity fundamentals, and enterprise IT best practices.
Provide day-to-day end user support for PCs, networks, servers, and core banking apps.
Maintain up-to-date network diagrams for troubleshooting and planning.
