Job summary

Deloitte Global is seeking an Azure-focused Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize Microsoft Azure environments. You will implement infrastructure as code, configure services like VMs, AKS, and App Services, and ensure security, scalability, and cost visibility across cloud estates.

You will automate deployments with Azure DevOps, monitor performance, and support Windows and Linux VMs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with Azure services including VMs, App Services, AKS, Databases.
• Strong PowerShell scripting experience.
• IaC experience using ARM templates, Terraform or Bicep.
• Azure certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Azure services with security, scalability, and availability.
• Implement IaC using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Configure Azure VMs, App Services, AKS, Functions, Storage.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for visibility.
• Manage identity with Entra ID and RBAC.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and remediations.
• Automate tasks and develop Azure DevOps pipelines for deployments.
• Provide tech support for cloud apps and infra, including Windows and Linux VMs.
• Collaborate with teams and maintain technical docs.
• Stay updated on new Azure services and integrate when applicable.
