Reponsibilities:
  • Administer and support Microsoft Azure subscriptions, resource groups, virtual machines, storage, networking, identities, and platform services.
  • Onboard applications and workloads into existing Azure landing zones and enterprise cloud environments.
  • Configure Azure resources including compute, storage, networking, Key Vault, monitoring, backup, and supporting platform services.
  • Support application teams with cloud resource requirements, connectivity, identity integration, access, DNS, certificates, and platform dependencies.
  • Implement and maintain Azure RBAC, managed identities, service principals, resource permissions, and access-control configurations.
  • Configure and support VNets, subnets, NSGs, UDRs, Private Endpoints, Private DNS, load balancing, and hybrid connectivity as required.
  • Apply Azure Policy, tagging, naming standards, resource governance, cost controls, and configuration standards.
  • Support Microsoft Defender for Cloud, security recommendations, vulnerability remediation, logging, and baseline security controls.
  • Assist with Microsoft Entra ID integration, Enterprise Applications, App Registrations, managed identities, and authentication requirements.
  • Configure Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, alerts, diagnostic settings, dashboards, and operational monitoring.
  • Support Azure Backup, Recovery Services Vaults, availability, resiliency, and disaster-recovery requirements.
  • Troubleshoot application, compute, networking, identity, permissions, DNS, storage, and platform-level Azure issues.
  • Develop and maintain Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell, Azure CLI, or other automation used to deploy and manage Azure resources.
  • Support cloud migrations, application modernization, infrastructure deployment, and workload transition activities.
  • Develop technical documentation, implementation procedures, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and as-built documentation.
  • Collaborate with networking, cybersecurity, ICAM, DevOps, application, database, and infrastructure engineering teams.
  • Apply Zero Trust, least privilege, cloud governance, security, and operational best practices across customer environments.
Required Qualifications:
  • CompTIA Security+
  • 5+ years of enterprise IT, infrastructure, systems administration, cloud, or engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of hands‑on Microsoft Azure administration or cloud engineering experience.
  • Strong hands‑on experience administering Microsoft Azure subscriptions, resources, virtual machines, storage, networking, and platform services.
  • Experience onboarding applications and workloads into Azure environments.
  • Experience with Azure Resource Groups, RBAC, managed identities, service principals, Key Vault, Azure Policy, and resource governance.
  • Working knowledge of Azure VNets, subnets, NSGs, UDRs, Private Endpoints, Private DNS, VPN, load balancing, and hybrid connectivity.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID integration, application identities, authentication, and access requirements.
  • Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, diagnostic settings, alerts, and operational monitoring.
  • Experience implementing or supporting Azure security controls, Defender for Cloud recommendations, vulnerability remediation, and least‑privilege access.
  • Experience with Azure Backup, recovery services, availability, resiliency, and cloud operational support.

  • Ability to develop technical documentation, implementation procedures, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • U.S. work authorization and ability to satisfy customer‑specific access requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
