Job summary

Brooksource is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer in Tampa, FL, to join onsite four days per week on a 12-month contract. You will design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure, build IaC with Terraform, and develop CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.

You will support security, governance, and identity, monitor environments, and automate tasks with PowerShell. The role emphasizes hands-on cloud engineering with a mix of day-to-day operations and long-term infrastructure

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud/Infrastructure Engineering with strong Microsoft Azure hands-on
• Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Strong DevOps and CI/CD practices with Azure DevOps, Git, and Azure CLI

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure focusing on scalability and performance
• Build and maintain IaC solutions using Terraform for automated deployments
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, and Azure CLI
• Support Azure networking, security, governance, and identity
• Monitor and optimize cloud environments with Azure Monitor and Defender tools
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and network issues to ensure reliability
• Automate operations using PowerShell and cloud-native tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams onsite in Tampa four days per week
