Job summary

Triumph Tech LLC is seeking an IT Administrator to support our Azure-based Rock Cloud hosted SaaS platform and manage in-office networks for a small office environment in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves Azure AD, identity management, VMs, SQL, storage, and end-user support.

You’ll collaborate with programmers and solution providers, ensure security, and help with office expansions. Strong communication and a passion for ministry are valued.

This position is a key hire that will allow Spark to take Rock to the next level by providing consulting services and custom development for churches using Rock. We’re looking for quick learners who are motivated by applying the latest technologies to impact this world for the better.

• Supporting our Microsoft Azure-based Rock Cloud hosted SaaS platform.
• Managing our internal and white labeled CDNs.
• Administrating our in-office networks, servers and desktops.
• Supporting staff IT needs, subscriptions, credentials and accounts.
• Managing our electronic security and automation systems.
• Supporting Rock podcasts w/ recording improvements.
• Supporting ongoing office expansions and growth.

You’ll work well if you:

• Have expertise in Azure Active Directory (AAD), RBAC, and identity management.
• Have a strong understanding of and experience with Azure Virtual Networks, Virtual Machines, SQL, and Storage.
• Have experience providing full IT support from Windows desktops to networks and servers in a small office environment.
• Have experience supporting a team of programmers and technical solution providers.
• Have experience with Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Asana, CDNs, Remote Desktop Manager, Meraki, Ubiquiti, MFA and PBXs.
• Have knowledge of desktop, server and network security.
• Have excellent communication skills and a heart for ministry.
