Job summary

Clear Creek Federal, part of Seneca Holdings, is seeking a Cloud Services Engineer in Washington, DC or Denver, CO. You will lead design and deployment of secure Azure cloud infrastructures, drive cloud architecture decisions with stakeholders, and implement DevSecOps practices while mentoring engineers to deliver scalable, high-availability solutions.

The role requires a TS clearance, hands-on Azure, and experience with IaC/CI/CD, containers, and cloud security.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance or willingness to obtain interim Top Secret/Secret.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in cloud architecture with hands-on Azure experience.
• Proven design/implementation experience of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms.
• Strong DevOps experience: CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform, ARM, Bicep, JSON, YAML), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of secure Azure cloud infrastructures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture and migration strategies.
• Architect cloud-native solutions using DevSecOps, automation, and monitoring.
• Guide Kubernetes deployments—self-hosted vs managed (AKS/EKS/GKE).
• Mentor teams to deliver secure, scalable cloud services.
