Syms Strategic Group, LLC is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer (Cloud Computing) for a remote role supporting the Veterans Affairs (VA) enterprise cloud environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience designing, deploying and managing Azure infrastructure and services.
• Ability to lead cloud modernization and migration initiatives across multi-subscription environments.
• Understand and apply HIPAA, FedRAMP, NIST, GDPR and PCI DSS security controls.

Responsibilities

• Create data flow diagrams and cloud architecture diagrams for Cloud Infrastructure and systems.
• Design, deploy, and operate CI/CD automation technologies.
• Manage permissions and security in cloud services for hosted applications.
• Implement monitoring to ensure performance and compliance with VA/Federal policies.
• Provide cloud support for VA Enterprise Cloud (VAEC) environments and VIP development/release docs.
• Adopt DevOps practices and implement CI/CD tooling.
• Produce Cloud Security Provider Documentation and governance artifacts.
• Design VAEC/cloud-hosted solutions and address readiness gaps.
