Job summary

Syms Strategic Group, LLC is seeking a Full Stack Developer (Cloud Computing) for a remote position with the VA. The role requires expertise in Azure infrastructure, CI/CD, security, and cloud governance to support VA Enterprise Cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will design and implement cloud architectures, automate deployment pipelines, and maintain compliance with federal policies. This is a 100% remote, full-time W-2 opportunity based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and managing Azure infrastructure and services.
• Proficiency with Azure services including VMs, Storage, SQL, VNet, Functions, Entra ID.
• Strong CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Security/compliance knowledge: HIPAA, FedRAMP, NIST, GDPR, PCI DSS.

Responsibilities

• Create cloud architecture diagrams for Azure infrastructure and systems.
• Design, develop, deploy, and operate CI/CD automation.
• Manage permissions and security controls in cloud environments.
• Provide cloud support for VA Enterprise Cloud (VAEC) environments.
