Job description

Azure Cloud Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain distinct cloud environments to meet operational, tactical, and security requirements.
• Develop, sustain, and enhance cloud environments, ensuring continuous improvement and rapid problem resolution.
• Apply leading‑edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new concepts to enhance command data capabilities.
• Lead subscription and configuration of command cloud services to monitor cloud costs and optimize resource management.
• Handle unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud administration.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud environments.
• Knowledge of the Azure cloud environment.
• Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.
• DoD IAT Level II Certification, such as Security+.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working alongside the military.
• Knowledge of DoD information and cybersecurity policies.
• Ability to integrate into a cross‑functional team.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Compensation: Salary is determined by various factors and the projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
