Job summary

Phase2 Technology is seeking an Azure Cloud Developer (Mid) in Alexandria, Virginia. In this role, you'll focus on building software solutions using Microsoft Azure while enhancing productivity through infrastructure as code and automation. Your contributions will directly impact the progression of DoD systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure development, security clearance, and will obtain IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of hire.

Salary range is between $69,400 and $158,000 annually, depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

Opportunity

Doing DevSecOps well means development and automation. Making tasks repeatable and efficient across multiple environments requires infrastructure as code, scripting, and sometimes writing applications. Our cloud service broker team is looking for a developer with a good understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, containerization, and networking to make new cloud capabilities available in insecure environments.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience building software solutions using Azure in a secure environment
• 1+ years of experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Experience designing and automating the provisioning of cloud resources and infrastructure as code tools
• Experience with Platform as a Service technologies
• Experience deploying and working with Azure Landing Zones
• Experience in assisting with implementing and developing Azure policies
• Knowledge of network technologies, including DNS, load balancing, and TLS
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of hire date

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with Azure Sentinel, Microsoft security, and Azure services Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Cloud Networking
• Experience with containerization, including Kubernetes
• Experience deploying and managing Azure Virtual Desktop using Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux and command-line interfaces, including Bash
• Experience configuring Windows client and servers, including Active Directory or Group Policies
• Experience with Git and GitLab
• Top Secret clearance

Compensation

Salary range: $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
