Job summary

Koniag Technology Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks an Azure Business Analyst to support cloud service operations, billing analysis, and process improvement for government customers. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, information technology, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in a related Information Technology field.
• At least three years of experience writing technical documents.
• At least three years of experience in a client-facing role; federal clients preferred.
• Active Secret clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Manage CSP invoice documents and detailed billing reports, ensuring accuracy.
• Prepare monthly CSP usage reports for program offices and stakeholders.
• Track contract funding balances and billing periods of performance.
• Price customer requests using Azure pricing calculators and other tools.
• Assist CSP and acquisition proposal content development as needed.
• Manage MOA documentation, including creation, tracking, updates.
• Help build and improve business processes and data collection methods.
• Interface with clients to define user requirements and discuss issues and status.
• Understand Azure cloud system capabilities to meet client objectives.
• Assist in annual budget estimates.
• Communicate with internal/external customers; deliver BRDs, process flows, use cases.
• Perform other duties as required.
