Qualifications

5 years of application integration and API development experience.
3 years of hands‑on experience with Azure API Management (APIM).
Experience implementing enterprise-scale API platforms.
Strong experience with Azure Integration Services.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy RESTful APIs using Azure services.
Implement and manage APIs through Azure API Management (APIM).
Develop integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
Configure APIM policies including security, rate limiting, caching, and routing.
Manage API lifecycle activities including versioning, products, subscriptions, and developer portal publishing.
Implement API security using OAuth 2.0, JWT, Azure AD/Entra ID, and subscription keys.
Automate API deployments using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, ARM, Bicep, or Terraform.
Monitor and troubleshoot APIs using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
Collaborate with application, cloud, and security teams to define integration solutions.
Ensure API governance, performance, reliability, and compliance with enterprise standards.
Support production incidents, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvements.
Document API designs, integration patterns, and operational procedures.
