Job summary

Required are 3–5 years in IAM, strong problem solving, and excellent communication. You will contribute to dashboards, incident response, and cross‑functional collaboration within an enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 3–5 years applying IAM, MFA, and conditional access.
• Experience designing, engineering, deploying, and supporting features for a large, complex enterprise.
• Strong problem solving and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to design, engineer, develop, deploy, and support Azure AD B2C features adhering to Ford standards.
• Support tactical and strategic IAM solutions to improve security posture.
• Develop and maintain metric dashboards and monitoring/alerting systems.
