Job summary
CVS Health's MinuteClinic is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner to deliver evidence-based primary and family care in our Gilbert, Mesa and Chandler, AZ HealthHub locations. The role combines in-person and virtual visits, supports chronic disease management, and operates with strong clinical teamwork.
Expect autonomy with dedicated organizational support, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth.
Qualifications
- 1 year NP experience preferred; new graduates considered
- Active FNP license in good standing
- Ability to order vaccines and injections
- DOT certification within 30 days of employment
- Bilingual may be required depending on market
- Active BLS certification
- Multi-state licensure may be required
Responsibilities
- Deliver primary and family care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of acute/chronic conditions
- Provide in-person and virtual visits from the clinic
- Perform diagnostic testing and preventive counseling
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Engage patients in wellness and disease management services
- Handle clinic operations including inventory, openings/closings, follow-up and insurance verification
