Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active, unrestricted state APRN license and board certification (AANP/ANCC).
• Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies or related health master’s degree plus PA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide both in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient health outcomes.
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and coordination of care with other health professionals.
• Engage patients in wellness services, chronic disease management, and preventive health screenings.
• Complete essential clinic operations including inventory management, opening/closing, and insurance verification.
