Job summary

CVS Health in Arizona (Gilbert, Mesa, and Chandler HealthHub locations) seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality, clinic-based primary and family care. You will perform in-person and virtual visits, order vaccines, and coordinate care within a collaborative clinical team using EPIC.

Bilingual ability may be required; multi-state licensure is possible. The role offers a rotating 3-4 day schedule with every other weekend, comprehensive benefits, and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• Must have NP experience or new graduate considered, with FNP license in good standing
• Provide holistic, evidence-based care including pregnancy prevention and STI prevention
• Ability to order/administer vaccines and injections (COVID-19, flu, TB tests, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and family care with assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Provide in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support positive patient outcomes
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and coordination of care with other providers
• Engage patients in wellness, chronic disease management and preventive screenings
• Manage clinic operations including inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, verification and payments
• Support safe, efficient care environment with routine exams and appointment management
