We operate communities in the western US and are looking for a Medication Assistant.
If you're establishing your career in seniors housing, have a passion for serving others, and have experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare, this could be a great opportunity. The position can be full or part-time and involves caring for residents through hands-on or standby assistance. Providing care means supporting the whole person physically, emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually.
The ideal candidate may hold a current Certified Caregiver license, be organized, detail-oriented, positive, and self-motivated. Experience in medication passing is preferred, and training will be provided for certification. Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential for interacting with seniors. We offer a competitive benefits package, a voice in our organization, and opportunities for innovation. The hourly wage ranges from $19.00 to $23.50, depending on credentials, experience, and skills.
