Job summary

The role requires four years in healthcare, strong communication, CRM/MS Office proficiency, and travel up to 25% across Arizona. You will collaborate with care teams to improve access and outcomes and contribute to growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least four years of experience in healthcare; network development or account management.
• Experience working with providers in ownership or partner models.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% in Arizona.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and recruitment; finalize contracting and enrollment.
• Present business value propositions to practices and stakeholders.
• Manage pipeline and local market research to identify prospects.
• Onboard new practice groups into the EQH network and provide training.
• Schedule and manage recurring business and clinical touchpoints.
• Monitor Care Empower usage and coach proper usage.
• Deliver practice performance reports and dashboards.
• Respond to provider inquiries promptly to sustain partnerships.
