Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to join our team in a full-time capacity. You will generate pick-tickets, answer customer calls, stage and load trucks, and ensure proper paperwork and parts handling.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma and knowledge of heavy-duty parts. Strong communication and a customer-service mindset are essential, along with the ability to operate forklift or other power equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Heavy duty truck or automotive parts knowledge/experience.
• Excellent communication (oral & written).
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to operate power industrial equipment (e.g. fork lifts).

Responsibilities

• Generate pick-tickets and pick orders from the warehouse.
• Answer inbound calls to obtain sales orders from customers.
• Stage loading of trucks; load and/or unload trucks.
• Provide parts to the customer while maintaining appropriate paper-work bearing customer's signature.
• Pickup parts to be returned to the store with appropriate paperwork bearing signatures as required from customer.
• Inquire as to customer needs as related to additional sales, services, etc.
• Collect money from customers and record transactions on customer receipt.
• Record sales and deliveries information on daily sales or delivery records.
• Maintain routine maintenance on truck and keep truck clean inside and out.
• Unpack received parts and place parts on proper shelves in proper place.
• Stock and organize shelves and cores.
• Perform other assigned tasks/responsibilities, as needed
