Job summary

New York Technology Partners seeks an experienced Axiom Tech professional to support regulatory reporting and financial data analysis within banking/financial services. Location is Charlotte, NC, on-site, for a long-term contract.

You will design, develop, enhance, and maintain AxiomSL ControllerView solutions, analyze data for FR Y-9C/FR Y-14 and FFIEC reporting, and use SQL/PL-SQL for validation and troubleshooting. Collaboration with regulators, business, and tech teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data analytics, finance, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in data analytics, regulatory reporting, or financial services technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in SQL and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of AxiomSL ControllerView regulatory reporting solutions.
• Analyze, validate, and reconcile financial data for regulatory reporting accuracy.
• Prepare and support U.S. regulatory reports (FR Y-9C, FR Y-14 A/Q/M, FFIEC reports, etc.).
• Utilize SQL/PL-SQL for data analysis, reporting, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Work with AxiomSL components: Data Sources, Data Models, Aggregations, Shorthand Rules, Portfolios, and Reporting Objects.
• Participate in Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, Production Validation; assist with issue investigation.
• Support automation and efficiency via Unix/Linux scripting and scheduling tools.
• Collaborate with business, regulatory, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Gain exposure to ETL processes and BI tools (Informatica, Talend, Power BI, Tableau).
• Adhere to SDLC, Agile governance, change management, and regulatory standards.

We are looking for an experienced Axiom Tech / AxiomSL ControllerView professional to support regulatory reporting, financial data analysis, validation, and reporting solutions within the banking/financial services domain.

Job Title: Axiom Tech

Position Type: Long Terms Contract

Location: Charlotte, NC

Key Responsibilities:

Support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of AxiomSL ControllerView regulatory reporting solutions.

Analyze, validate, and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.

Contribute to the preparation and support of U.S. regulatory reports, including FR Y-9C, FR Y-14 A/Q/M, FFIEC 031/041, FFIEC 009, FR Y-15, FR Y-11/2314, and Liquidity/Basel reporting.

Utilize SQL and PL/SQL to perform data analysis, reporting, validation, and troubleshooting activities.

Work with AxiomSL ControllerView components, including Data Sources, Data Models, Aggregations, Shorthand Rules, Portfolios, Modify Models, and Reporting Objects.

Participate in testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Production Validation, and assist with issue investigation and resolution.

Support process automation and operational efficiency initiatives using Unix/Linux scripting and scheduling tools.

Collaborate with business, regulatory, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective reporting solutions.

Gain exposure to ETL processes and BI tools such as Informatica, Talend, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to support data integration, reporting, and analytics initiatives.

Adhere to established SDLC, Agile, governance, change management, and regulatory compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience in Data Analytics, Regulatory Reporting, Financial Services Technology, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in SQL and data validation techniques.

Exposure to AxiomSL Controller View, ETL tools, BI/reporting platforms, banking regulatory reporting, or financial data management is preferred.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
