Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree with 5+ years of tech lead experience.
• Experience with React, Node, TypeScript, and CDK.
• Strong AWS services experience with SQS, Lambda, SNS, DynamoDB, Redshift, S3.
• Kotlin experience strongly preferred.
• Additional experience with accelerated engineering such as MCP, Kiro/Claude Code, Agent Skills, context management.
• Ability to commute 2 days/week to Irvine.

Responsibilities

• Lead a pod of software engineers providing oversight and keeping them on task.
• Ideally brings knowledge of Kotlin to help bridge the gap.
