Job summary

BCforward is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology programs with focus on AWS initiatives and full lifecycle delivery. You will translate strategy into actionable plans, drive scope, schedule, budget, and quality outcomes while guiding junior staff.

The role requires strong leadership, executive communication, and ability to develop SOWs and proposals to support growth. Hybrid work in Gold River, CA with up to 10% travel and client interfacing.

Qualifications

• 9+ years managing complex projects through full lifecycle.
• Strong AWS infrastructure knowledge; certification is a plus.
• 5+ years delivering projects using AWS.
• PMP or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead large project teams by decomposing complex technology programs and staffing.
• Plan, track, and oversee by setting direction and deadlines for quality delivery.
• Communicate with clients and leadership; report metrics and status; recommend changes.
• Create and manage schedules, definitions, budgets, and objectives across all phases.
