Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an AWS Platform Technical Lead to own and evolve the enterprise AWS platform. You will shape architecture, set standards, mentor engineers, and ensure secure, scalable deployments. This role blends hands-on coding with leadership and strategic direction across multiple teams.

You will drive Terraform-based provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, and policy-driven governance to enable fast, reliable cloud delivery while maintaining compliance and security posture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cloud/infrastructure engineering with 5+ years AWS experience at enterprise scale.
• Ownership of an AWS Organization with multi-account governance in production.
• Demonstrated technical leadership of a platform team or major enterprise cloud initiative.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise AWS platform end-to-end with security, scalability and compliance.
• Lead the AWS cloud engineering team; set direction and establish standards.
• Design and own Terraform framework for resource provisioning and IaC.
• Build CI/CD pipelines using CodePipeline, CodeBuild, GitHub Actions and ECR.
• Drive security, observability and governance across platforms.
