Job summary

VSO Inc. seeks an experienced AWS Platform / Infrastructure Automation Engineer to join a skilled team delivering cloud engineering capabilities for a mission-critical, security-sensitive initiative.

Build cloud platforms that work reliably even when standard tooling is unavailable, and make AWS infrastructure repeatable, secure, and easier to operate. You will work with technical partners in a collaborative environment emphasizing careful engineering and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps or cloud platform engineering.
• Strong IaC experience with AWS CDK (Python/TypeScript).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• Hands-on AWS cloud work in highly controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain infrastructure using AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
• Develop CI/CD workflows and repeatable deployment patterns for restricted environments.
• Automate configuration management, patching, and operational maintenance.
• Support AWS WorkSpaces, Amazon EKS, Systems Manager, and related platform services.
