Job summary

VSO Inc. is seeking an experienced AWS Platform / Infrastructure Automation Engineer to join a skilled team delivering advanced cloud engineering capabilities for a mission-critical, security-sensitive initiative.

Build cloud platforms that work reliably even when conventional tooling is unavailable, making AWS infrastructure repeatable and secure. You will develop CI/CD patterns for restricted environments and support AWS WorkSpaces, EKS, Systems Manager, and related services in a collaborative

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps or cloud platform engineering experience.
• Strong infrastructure-as-code experience, particularly AWS CDK with Python or TypeScript.
• Experience developing CI/CD pipelines and Git-based engineering workflows.
• Hands-on AWS cloud experience and ability to work effectively in highly controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain infrastructure using AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
• Develop CI/CD workflows and repeatable deployment patterns suitable for restricted environments.
• Automate configuration management, patching, and operational maintenance.
• Support AWS WorkSpaces, Amazon EKS, Systems Manager, and related platform services
