Job summary

TechDoQuest is seeking a senior Platform Engineer/DevOps professional in the United States to drive cloud-native platforms, observability, and cost governance. You will own end-to-end reliability, implement distributed tracing, and optimize agent runtimes within a fast-moving, Agile team.

The role requires strong AWS skills (IAM, CloudWatch, Bedrock, Lambda), Terraform expertise, and experience with Dynatrace or Jaeger.

Qualifications

8+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
Deep AWS expertise (IAM, CloudWatch, Bedrock, Lambda).
Proven observability experience with Dynatrace, Jaeger, or Honeycomb and distributed tracing.
Familiarity with LLM lifecycle, LangChain or AgentCore.
Advanced Terraform and CI/CD pipeline design experience.
Experience in Agile environments with Teams & Confluence.

Responsibilities

Evaluate observability requirements and gap analysis for Dynatrace vs. agentic workflows.
Design post-deployment validation pipelines for agents and MCP servers.
Implement distributed tracing and structured logging for LLM decisions and MCP interactions.
Develop cost visibility models and dashboards for per-team spend across agent runtimes and Bedrock usage.
Create and publish runbooks linked to alerts in Confluence; enable self-service resolutions.
