Blend360 is a leading Data, Digital Marketing, and AI solutions company driving outcomes for Fortune 500 clients. We seek a VP, AWS NA Practice Lead to shape the AWS practice strategy in North America, align with AWS, and drive growth across client engagements.

The role focuses on developing frameworks, accelerators, and templates for delivery efficiency, while building partnerships and leading initiatives with CXO-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a consulting firm focusing on AWS cloud solutions.
• Strong AWS architecture, implementation best practices, and cloud infra knowledge.
• Experience leading CXO-level workshops and executive discussions.
• Proven ability to drive growth through strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communicator, able to translate complex tech for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AWS practice.
• Establish and maintain strategic AWS partnerships for North America.
• Collaborate with LATAM leaders to align US AWS efforts.
• Drive business development, client engagement, and proposal development.
• Build joint pipeline with AWS for current and new clients.
• Act as SME on AWS; stay current with platform updates and trends.
• Lead cross-functional teams with sales, marketing, and delivery.
• Provide thought leadership through publications, speaking, conferences.
