Job summary

MegazoneCloud US is seeking a Lead Full Software Engineer to own the technical direction of complex, multi‑vendor cloud programs that modernize legacy applications into agentic, event‑driven architectures on AWS. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on architecture, design decisions, and coordination with client stakeholders.

You will review code, shape the pattern, and ensure the pattern is credible to both developers and senior executives.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional software or platform engineering experience as senior technical lead on multi‑vendor cloud programs.
Solid hands‑on knowledge of AWS Step Functions, Lambda, ECS Fargate, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge, Bedrock.
Experience modernizing legacy apps into event‑driven, agentic architectures.
Ability to review Python, Node.js/JavaScript, Terraform artifacts with design‑level feedback.
Ability to contribute to REST/GraphQL contracts and identify integration issues early.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate FRDs/BRDs and translate requirements into deliverables.
Executive presence engaging VP level stakeholders and above.

Responsibilities

Own the target‑state architecture for the program, ensuring event‑driven and agentic designs are realized.
Defend service selection, integration patterns, and design tradeoffs grounded in distributed systems fundamentals.
Set engineering standards and definitions of done for multiple teams.
Stay hands‑on with reference implementations and architecture spikes.
Review code and artifacts to provide meaningful design feedback.
Coordinate across multi‑team and vendor delivery in an Agile cadence.
