Job summary

Megazone Cloud US is seeking a Delivery Tech Lead to own a workstream end-to-end, partnering with the customer's technical leadership to define strategy and staffing. You will mentor consultants, drive milestones, and ensure both technical and business outcomes are achieved.

You will design AWS foundational environments, govern multi-account setups, and oversee migrations from on-prem to AWS using best practices and IaC standards.

Qualifications

• Designing and operating infrastructure at scale
• Leading a technical workstream on customer engagements
• Hands-on AWS implementation and migration planning
• Setting technical strategy and coordinating with customer leadership
• Reviewing designs, code, and IaC to enforce standards
• Experience with multi-account AWS architectures and governance

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for the engagement workstream and drive it to a documented target state
• Coordinate with customer's technical leadership on architecture and risk; push for concrete outcomes
• Mentor consultants to raise technical depth and delivery discipline
• Ensure delivery milestones are met and escalate gaps early
• Lead agile delivery with partner consultants and other vendors
• Contribute to AWS foundational environments and migration offerings guidance
