Job summary

RevStar is seeking a Delivery Lead for AWS migrations to drive end-to-end migration programs remotely within the United States. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with Solutions Architects and Engineers, and own delivery governance across discovery, planning, execution, cutover, and stabilization.

You will partner with clients to align migration objectives with business outcomes, manage scope and risks, and guide teams through agile delivery, ensuring on-time, within-scope outcomes

Qualifications

3+ years in technical delivery leadership in cloud or modernization.
Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure fundamentals and large-scale migrations.
Full lifecycle Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
Nice-to-haves: AWS Certifications, HIPAA/SOC 2/PCI, or consulting background.

Responsibilities

Lead AWS migration projects from discovery to post-migration stabilization.
Partner with Solutions Architects and Engineers on migration strategies and risk plans.
Manage client expectations, scope, risks, escalations, and delivery governance.
