Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an AWS Lead Software Engineer-Full Stack/Databricks to join the Finance Technology team. You will be a core technical contributor delivering secure, scalable software across data-rich domains.

You will execute end-to-end software solutions, produce architecture artifacts, and mentor teammates within an agile environment emphasizing CI/CD, security, and resiliency. Preferred qualifications include Databricks, AWS, Java/Spring Boot, Microservices, REST API, and modern

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in Full Stack Java / Spring Boot / Microservices / RestAPI.
• Experience in large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies including CI/CD, security and resiliency.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine approaches.
• Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run with supporting systems.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensures design constraints are met.
• Gathers, analyzes, and visualizes data from large datasets to improve software applications.
• Identifies data patterns to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events.
