Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Order status using internal tools and processes.
• Manage, analyze, and reconcile purchase orders with vendors and Procurement.
• Coordinate PO changes and approvals; monitor issuance and cancellations.
• Present performance metrics for Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order processes.
• Manage a ticket queue and ensure timely PO closure and invoice payment.
• Engage in material/inventory planning, supply/demand planning, and forecasting.
• Communicate supply status and risks to internal stakeholders and leadership.
