Job summary

AnaVation is seeking an experienced cloud engineer to join our high-performing team. This on-site role is in Quantico, VA, with hybrid options after you establish yourself. You will manage a mission-critical hybrid environment including AWS infrastructure, GitLabCI/CD pipelines, and on-prem servers.

You will patch and maintain Debian-based Linux systems, support monitoring and logging, and ensure systems are stable across dev, test, and prod. Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in cloud or relevant systems engineering
• Active TS/SCI clearance, and willingness to complete a CI polygraph
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining AWS infrastructure with infrastructure as code
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments
• Hands-on experience maintaining physical servers
• Experience administering and patching Debian-based Linux and Windows systems

Description of Task to be Performed:

AnaVation is seeking an experienced cloud engineer to join our high-performing team. This work is onsite in Quantico, VA. You’ll keep a complex hybrid environment running for a missionenterprise application that people depend on every day to do their jobs. That covers AWS commercial accounts, a GitLabCI/CD pipeline across dev, test, and prod, and on-prem hardware that you’ll maintain from the rack up. This is an on-siterole, with hybrid options available once you’ve established yourself on the team.

What you’ll do

• Maintain and improve AWS commercial infrastructure using infrastructure as code

This position requires regular on-site presence in Quantico, VA. Applicants who do not currently reside withincommuting distance to this location should describe how they would satisfy any onsite requirements.

This position requires an active Top Secret clearance and the ability to obtain SCI accesses with a CI polygraph.

Required Qualifications

$92,905.44 - $218,324.12 a year

Please note: The listed salary range reflects our market-based compensation structure. Final compensation will depend on business needs, local market conditions, internal equity, and the selected candidate’s skills, education, and experience.
