Job summary

Nightwing seeks an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to lead migrating separate development networks into a unified AWS GovCloud development environment. You will design scalable, secure cloud architectures and build automation frameworks to streamline provisioning and deployment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in cloud architecture, strong AWS expertise, and proven leadership delivering mission-critical, compliant cloud solutions in Agile teams.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and TS/SCI clearance required.
• 8+ years of directly relevant experience in cloud architecture.
• Experience migrating multiple networks into a unified cloud environment.
• Proven ability to work in Agile development environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance (RMF, NIST).

Responsibilities

• Design and architect a consolidated AWS GovCloud development environment.
• Plan and execute migration of separate networks into a single environment.
• Develop automation frameworks and infrastructure-as-code templates.
• Provide systems engineering leadership for a large development program.
• Interface with customers and stakeholders to derive migration specs.
• Implement security controls including encryption and hardened configurations.
