Tata Consultancy Services Limited in San Antonio, Texas is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, develop and maintain cloud-native brokerage and trading platform applications using AWS and Golang.

You will build streaming pipelines with Apache Flink, develop microservices on AWS EKS and Lambda, and implement secure REST APIs with robust monitoring and cost optimization. Collaboration across teams and agile ceremonies is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on development and technical leadership for cloud-native, distributed applications.
• Strong proficiency in Golang with concurrency, performance optimization and microservices development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3, IAM and cloud security best practices.
• Experience designing and implementing microservices, secure REST APIs, API contracts, and system integrations.
• Experience building event-driven and real-time streams with Apache Kafka and Apache Flink.
• Docker, Kubernetes and AWS EKS for containerization, orchestration, deployment and production support.
• IaC using Terraform and automated CI/CD pipelines with Git-based workflows.
• Knowledge of Java/Spring Boot for services in a mixed-technology ecosystem.
• Monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, resiliency, performance tuning and cloud cost optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, user stories, sprint ceremonies and collaboration with product/engineering teams.
• Banking/financial services domain experience and regulatory awareness preferred.

Responsabilités

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• Good understanding of Agile delivery, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint ceremonies, and collaboration with product / engineering teams.
• Functional understanding of Banking, Payments, Financial services, or regulated enterprise delivery experience preferred.
• Knowledge of security, governance, data protection, and regulatory controls applicable to Banking and Financial services platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native brokerage and trading platform applications using AWS and Golang.
• Build and support Apache Flink streaming pipelines for real-time market data, transaction processing, and analytics.
• Develop and manage microservices deployed on AWS EKS (Kubernetes) and AWS Lambda.
• Design and implement secure, scalable REST APIs and perform API integrations with internal and external brokerage systems.
• Integrate with trading, account management, settlement, market data, and customer onboarding platforms.
• Develop event-driven solutions using Kafka and other messaging technologies for real-time data processing.
• Implement and maintain workflows using AWS Step Functions, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3.
• Build Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform to automate cloud provisioning and deployments.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments through Kubernetes/EKS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, API contracts, and integration patterns.
• Develop and support Java/Spring Boot-based services where required within the ecosystem.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and cloud costs.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting practices for production environments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, development, testing, and releases.
• Follow DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and code review processes using Git.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements applicable to brokerage and financial services platforms.
