Responsibilities include building RESTful APIs, leveraging AWS cloud services, implementing CI/CD, and ensuring secure, cost-efficient deployments. You will collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Golang development.
• 3+ years hands-on AWS experience.
• Strong API, JSON, and gRPC understanding.
• Proficient Git and version control practices.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of software design patterns.

Golang Technical Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Golang development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS.
• Strong understanding of API development, JSON, and gRPC.
• Proficient in using Git and version control best practices.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB).
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
• Good understanding of software design patterns and principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend applications using Golang.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and background workers.
• Leverage AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.) to deploy and monitor cloud-native applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Code Pipeline, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product, etc.) to deliver quality software in agile environments.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews.
• Ensure cloud architecture is secure, scalable, and cost-optimized.
• Work with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Use infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation for provisioning AWS resources.
