Job summary

ONE Gas is seeking a DevOps Supervisor to lead cloud and platform engineers responsible for automation, deployment, and operations of critical services. You will guide AWS-based architectures, IaC, and CI/CD, partnering with IT and business teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes strong AWS expertise, leadership, and a track record of building high-performing teams and mature DevOps practices to enable strategic IT outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience; minimum 5 years required; leadership experience preferred in DevOps/Platform/Cloud teams.
• Hands-on AWS design, deployment, IAM, networking, and IaC with Terraform in enterprise settings.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation; strong Agile delivery mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a DevOps/Platform team responsible for automation, deployment, and operations.
• Provide technical leadership for AWS-based cloud platforms, including architecture and IaC.
• Plan and drive DevOps initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery aligned with priorities.
• Foster Agile practices, mentor staff, and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
