Job summary

Netomi seeks a DevOps Architect to design, build, and own cloud infrastructure on AWS for our enterprise platform. This hands-on role will set technical direction, write infrastructure and automation, and advise clients from engineering teams to executives.

You will shape how AI tools are integrated to deliver faster, while maintaining quality and security standards across environments. Strong emphasis on scalability, security, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infra with 2+ years in architect/lead roles.
• AWS: deep, hands-on expertise across VPC, IAM, EC2/ECS/Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, cost optimization.
• Systems design: proven record of scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
• Scripting & programming: Python and Bash; working in Java or Node.js.
• AI tooling: regular use of AI assistants/coding agents in workflows.
• Client communication: experience leading engagements and presenting architectures.
• IaC and containers/Kubernetes hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure AWS architectures for greenfield and migrations.
• Lead high-availability, DR, multi-account strategy, network topology, performance at scale.
• Build and maintain Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation IaC; set team standards.
• Architect and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CodePipeline).
• Write automation in Python/Bash; contribute to Java/Node.js services.
• Utilize AI tooling to speed IaC and scripting while auditing outputs for security.
• Lead client workshops and architecture reviews; translate business needs into tech.
• Implement observability and incident response; embed security/compliance.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar.
