Resolve Tech Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead to design and deliver scalable, cloud-native backend services. This hands-on leadership role combines architecture, coding, team management, and end-to-end delivery.

You will guide a team through REST APIs, microservices, and AWS-based systems, ensuring robust performance and security while driving agile practices and technical excellence.

Formación

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 7+ years in Java backend development.
• Strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and managing production systems on AWS.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience, including performance reviews.
• Strong knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, event‑driven architecture, and messaging.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and DynamoDB.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes/ECS, JUnit, and Mockito.
• Strong communication, technical leadership, and Agile delivery skills.
