Job summary

Accenture Flex is seeking a Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance components across systems using modern frameworks and agile practices. The role is onsite 3+ days per week with the client in Pennington, NJ or Charlotte, NC, and you will collaborate with multiple teams to deliver scalable software solutions.

You will mentor colleagues, contribute to key decisions, and help improve development processes while applying your expertise in custom application development and software

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Master proficiency in AWS (preferred)
• Expert proficiency in Custom Application Development, Software Design Solutions, and Software Engineering (preferred)

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Expert proficiency in Custom Application Development, Software Design Solutions, and Software Engineering is desired
