Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Region Manager to lead infrastructure strategy and service integration across federal delivery programs, focusing on region design, builds, and capacity planning. You will collaborate with hardware and software engineering, security, and government stakeholders to ensure contractual delivery and accreditation milestones.

A TS/SCI clearance is required; experience in military or intelligence communities is preferred, and the role is based in Denver, CO.

Qualifications

5+ years of program management experience across cross-functional teams.
Experience leading multi-year initiatives across business and technology.
Bachelor's degree or 10+ years related field experience.
Current TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance.
Strong ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.

Responsibilities

Meet regularly with internal service teams to ensure timely delivery of contract commitments.
Meet regularly with external Intelligence Community customers to solicit and aggregate community-level requirements.
Develop high level work plans, risk management plans, and schedules.
Develop and execute effective methods of communication among AWS and government stakeholders.
Lead operational and contract performance discussions with customer stakeholders through formal program performance reviews and technical planning meetings.
